This product must be installed in accordance with UK Building and wiring
Before starting
Please read through these instructions before commencing work, and keep them for future reference.
Shortening the Suspension Cable
The suspension cable attached to this product may be shortened if required.
1. Loosen (but do not remove) the anchorage screw A
on the outside of the ceiling cup.
2. Push the excess cable B through the ceiling cup at C
such that the suspension cable is the desired length.
3. Re-tighten the anchorage screw A.
4. Coil the excess cable in the top of the ceiling cup.
5. Push the excess steel cable D through the locker at E such
that the suspension cable is the desired
6. Coil the excess steel cable in the top of the ceiling cup.
Fixing instructions
Step 1
Make sure you have the following items which are required to install this light fitting:
* Small electrical screwdriver
* Cross head screwdriver
* Electrical insulation tape
Step 2
Warning!
Before commencing installation, isolate the circuit to be used by removing the fuse or
circuit breaker at the consumer distribution unit.
Step 3
Remove the existing light fitting and make sure that there is a joist or other solid mounting at the point of fixing.
This is necessary to take the weight of the fitting.
Step 4
Unscrew the small screws and detach the
mounting bracket A from the fitting.
Step 5
Taking care not to damage any house wiring,
screw the mounting bracket to the ceiling using
the screws supplied. The screws should penetrate
the ceiling joist by at least 2cm.
Step 6
* Using the connector block supplied, connect the wires in the following way: A fourth terminal is provided for
loop in/out connections if required.
Check that.....
* You have correctly identified the house wires.
* The connections are tight.
* No loose strands have been left out of the
connection block.
Step 7 -IMPORTANT!
Wrap two layers of electrical insulation tape around
the loop connection block and around the wiring 2cm
each side of the loop connection block.
Step 8
Offer the fitting up to the mounting bracket and secure
the fitting to the bracket by replacing the screws.
Selecting the correct light bulb
* Input: 220 - 240V~ 50/60Hz
* Maximum wattage 1 x Max.40Watts.
* Light bulb shape - don’t include bulb.
* Light bulb cap shape – E27.
The external flexible cable or cord of this luminary cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminary
shall be destroyed.
Do not exceed the maximum wattage or use a different shape of light bulb.
This may cause your light fitting to overheat.
Assemble the crystal
When everything is OK. Pls assemble the blades what the supplier provide on the lighting
Pls base on below drawing
Step 1: Assemble the two blades on the post
Step 2: Assemble the group on the lamp
Switch on!
You may now switch the electricity back on. We are sure you will be pleased with your new light fitting.
Cleaning care
We recommend cleaning with a soft dry cloth. Don't use abrasive materials as these will rub away the protective
coating.
Safety information
Always switch off the supply before changing light bulbs, cleaning or removing shades.
