[For immediate release] Kong Sun acquires three PV power plants for RMB480 million with installed capacity of 100 MW ****** Improve the layout of PV power plants nationwide and further expand business into Anhui Province (23 December 2015 – Hong Kong) Kong Sun Holdings Limited (“Kong Sun” or the “Company”, HKEx stock code: 295, which together with its subsidiaries is referred to as the “Group”), which invests in and operates photovoltaic power stations, is pleased to announce today that Kong Sun Yongtai Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, acquires three PV power plants in Hefei City, Luan City and Suzhou City of Anhui Province with combined installed capacity of 100 MW, which are expected to be connected to the power grid on or before 31 January 2016 and expected to contribute revenue in the early first quarter of 2016. The total consideration, including the assumption of the debts and liabilities of the projects, of the three photovoltaic power plants is RMB480 million, which shall be settled in cash by the Company’s internal resources. The consideration of Hefei and Luan projects didn’t include the modules.
