Registration for Brownie “Multi-Media” Custom Event
See pricing list below for time lengths of each program. To receive the “add-on” discounted rate, a badge session must occur at the
end or beginning of an existing session (i.e., not involve additional setup time of equipment). Allow one hour setup prior and one
hour take-down after each event. Allow a full 24 hours for overnight options (includes breaks and meals and non-program time).
Troops are responsible for supplying meeting location, safety-wise adult ratios, permission slips, and food for participants
(if applicable). Minimum registrations apply, depending upon location (see below for details). We will try to match smaller groups or
individuals with others interested in a custom event in your area. Ask about our “open to all” options.

* Minimums for single programs in greater Seattle area are 8, and outside Seattle are 10. Minimums for multiple-program levels in
greater Seattle are 10 and outside Seattle are 12. To calculate your discount, take your total number of girls and subtract the
applicable minimum, then multiply times the applicable discount for each girl exceeding our minimums. For example, if you have
10 girls all of whom were Brownies (not combined with any other Girl Scout program level) in the Seattle area, our minimum is
8 girls. Therefore, for your troop of 10 girls, the number exceeding our minimums would be 10 - 8 = 2. Therefore the discount for a
part 1&2 journey in this example would be 2 x $7 = $14.
Note: Brownie troops in the greater Seattle area have the option of splitting each journey part into two sessions… those doing both
parts would therefore have four: 2-hour sessions, and those only doing one part would have two: 2-hour sessions.
