Building Location:
The 1247 – 169th Street Building (124B) is located off of the Hammond campus at 1247 169th
Street.
Entrances:
There are four (4) entrances into 124B.
• The Main Entrance, or the south entrance (1H01), leads into the entryway. This
entrance has two sets of double doors, separated by a vestibule, opening toward the
outside.
• The Southeast Entrance (1H10) leads into the east hallway.
o This entrance is ADA accessible.
o This is a single door entrance.
• The Northeast Entrance is a single door entrance opening into the north hallway.
• The North Entrance (1S02) leads into the north stairway and the corner of the north
hallway and the west hallway. This is a single door entrance.
Elevators:
There are no elevators in 124B.
Stairs:
There are two (2) stairways in 124B.
• The South Stairway (1S01) is located off of the inner west hallway on the southwest side
of the lounge.
• The North Stairway (1S02) is located off of the corner of the north and the west
hallways, next to the north entrance.
Restrooms:
There are two (2) sets of public restrooms on the first floor of 124B.

The first set of restrooms are located off of the west hallway, rooms 107 and 109.
o These restrooms are ADA accessible.
o Room 107 is a women’s restroom.
o Room 109 is a unisex restroom.
The second restroom, room 137, is a unisex restroom located off of the east hallway.
Building layout (hallways & open areas):
There are seven (7) hallways and one (1) open area on the first floor of 124B. The inner
hallways which surround the lounge connect to form a rectangle. This rectangle connects to the
north hallway, which connects to both the west and east hallway.
• The Entryway (1H02) runs west to east, located off of the main entrance, connecting to
the lounge, the inner west hallway, and the inner east hallway.
• The Inner East Hallway (1H09) runs north to south, and is located off of the east side of
the lounge. The hallway connects with the entryway, the southeast hallway, and the
inner north hallway.
• The Inner North Hallway (1H03) runs west to east and is located off of the north side of
the lounge. The hallway connects with the inner east hallway and the inner west
hallway.
• The Inner West Hallway (1H06) runs south to north and is located off of the west side of
the lounge. The hallway connects with the entryway, the south stairway, the inner north
hallway, and the north hallway.
• The Southeast Hallway (1H08) runs west to east, connecting with the inner east hallway
and the east hallway.
• The North Hallway (1H05) runs east to west, connecting with the northeast entrance,
the east hallway, the west hallway, the north stairway, and the north entrance.
• The East Hallway (1H07) runs north to south, connecting to the north hallway, the
southeast hallway, and the southeast entrance.
• The West Hallway (1H04) runs north to south connecting to the west end of the north
hallway.
Room Locations:
• The Lounge is room103, located off of the entryway, inner west, inner north, and inner
east hallways.
• Rooms 104 – 112 are located off of the west hallway in ascending order south to north.
• Rooms 114 – 130 and 132 are located off of the north hallway in ascending order west
to east.
• M.F.T.C. Therapy rooms are rooms 126 and 128, located off of the north hallway with a
single door entrance into each room.
• The M.F.T.C. Therapy Observation Room is room 130, located off of the north hallway
with a single door entrance into the room.
• C.F.T.C. Therapy rooms are rooms 131, 132, 134, and 143. Rooms 131 and 134 are
located off of the east hallway. Room 131 has two entrances, where the other therapy
rooms have one. Room 132 is located off of the north hallway, and room 143 is located
off of the southeast entrance.
• Rooms 131 and 134 – 142 are located off of the east hallway in ascending order north to
south.
• The Conference Room is 142, located off of the south end of the east hallway.
• Rooms 143 and 144 are located off of the southeast hallway in ascending order, east to
west.
• The C.F.T.C. Therapy Observation Room is room 143A, located off of the inner east
hallway.
• The Clerical area is room 144, located off of the southeast hallway.
• The Waiting Room is 145, located off of the entryway.
