Features
Specifications
Ideal for RF Overlay, FTTB, and FTTC applications.
Configurable upstream bandwidth (42 - 300MHz).
Test ports.
Wide optical input range.
Description
One and two way fiber optic nodes for CATV, SMATV, FTTx,
MDU, or private business applications.
The receiver has a wide optical input range from 1200 to
1600nm, making it ideal for either 1310 nm or 1550 nm
systems. The fiber optic receiver has an AGC circuit to
maintain a stable RF output over a -8 to +1 dBm optical
input level. The high RF output level of over 50 dBmV
eliminates the need for a separate RF amplifier for distribution.
Comprehensive attenuation and tilt controls make system
balancing easy without external pads. The high output power
provides superior performance with low distortions. The node
can use a built-in 110Vac power supply or use the RF output
for remote powering.
The optical input is a SC/APC connector and features
a multicolor LED for input level reference. Full forward
bandwidth of 1 GHz with a configurable extended upstream
of 300 MHz.
