It also acts as a “gateway city”, which means that it makes contact with the Canadian government and connects the rest of the world. It can also supply water to the moving refugees and other headquarters. Basement 3: The Great Salt Lake Headquarter basement 3 is responsible to make contacts with the refugees camp and be prepared for large zombie attacks. It requires strong military forces and a stable supply base for itself and support of the refugee camp Basement 4: Gulf of Mexico The Oil Rig Ring After the most important government officials retreat to Base Washington, they will be transported to the headquarter in Gulf of Mexico. The most powerful military weapons were transferred here. The oil rigs are rebuilt to hold missile launchers. Once the other headquarters are certain that most refugees are in safe place, this basement will operate to eliminate zombies on the U.S. land. It is also the provider of energy source after mainland is being taken: it uses the oil rigs to extract oil for energy. Chef- cook basic meals for people in the headquarter. Translators- help to communicate with other counties. Economist- stabilize or modify the economy for the apocalypse. Rappers- because they are cool, so why not? Department of Homeland Security is in charge of emergency in U.S. It is the higher unit then FEMA in U.S. It can help managing the transportation in evacuation. It also work with intelligence officials to make new changes on the plan due to newly appears zombie attacking events. NGA-National Geospatial Intelligence Agency. It is using geographical technologies such as satellites to get information that is needed, it often works with emergency after 9-11. It can use its satellites to provide a lot of specific information about zombie attack. Federal and local government officials-officials near the head quarters Military officials-protecting the evacuation process Parents and children of needed personnel will be granted spots at refugee camps; however, they may not stay at the headquarters. Relatives of needed personnel will be treated equally as normal citizens. If a child’s parents work at the headquarter and nobody else are able to take care of the child, he or she will be responsibly looked after by staffs at refugee camps.
