waiver of liability, and release policy before entering the event and I do accept the terms and
conditions individually or on behalf of the individual named in this registration application.
While attending the 2017 Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) Convention and
Exposition (ISRI2017), you will be entering areas where photographs, motion pictures,
videos, and/or audio recordings will be taken or captured that may include your photographic
likeness, image, and/or voice. By entering the Convention and Expo premises and/or by your
participation at this event, you are consenting that any such photograph(s), video(s), motion
picture(s) and/or audio recording(s) of your likeness, image, or voice captured at ISRI2017,
or any related event thereto, may be reused, in whole or in part, without restriction or
limitation, for any educational or promotional purpose by ISRI or for distribution online and
printed publications or other media by ISRI as it reasonably determines without your further
consent or approval. You further understand and grant that all right, title, and interest in and
to the same, including all copyrights and licensing and sublicensing rights therein, to ISRI,
free from any claims, royalties, or liens whatsoever. You also release ISRI, its officers,
directors, employees, contractors, and all other such persons involved in the recordings
from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication of interviews,
photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings.
Admission credentials remain the property of ISRI and may be revoked by ISRI in its sole
discretion if the credentials are deems to be used fraudulently or if holder is believed to be in
violation of the Convention and Expo policies.
Refund Policy
ISRI may provide a full refund for cancellations requested prior to March 22, 2017, less a
set administrative fee. For cancellations requested on or after March 22, 2017, ISRI may
provide a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee. All requests must be made in
writing before May 12, 2017 to be considered. Read ISRI’s complete refund policy at www.
