HOW TO ENTER & REGISTER YOUR TEAM: 1. TEAM ENTRY: Due March 10th Complete the on-line Entry Form and pay the team entry fee of $110 > Click Season 1 TEAM ENTRY FORM and select the relevant form depending on whether you wish to pay by Direct Debit or PayPal. This provides us with your team contact details, skill level / grading information & bye requests. We can then commence grading and fixtures. Entries without payment (as confirmation) will not be accepted Late entries can only be accepted if we have not reached our maximum court capacity Existing BNA teams will be given priority entry over new teams only if entered by the due date 2. TEAM LIST: Due March 25th Your Team List & Payment template will be sent to you on receipt of your team entry. This and full payment of Court Fees +/- Umpire Penalty is due on March 25th. You will note it is much simplified as individual player data will be uploaded by the players themselves. You also do not need to collect state membership fees as players will pay directly via the MyNetball system (see below). 3. PLAYER, COACH & UMPIRE REGISTRATION & INSURANCE Due April 17th On receipt of your team entry you will also receive a link for the State Membership system which you must forward to each player / coach / umpire in your team. Click 2017 State Membership In 2017, all players, umpires and coaches will self-register via the MyNetball system. They will be required to pay their state membership fee on-line at the same time. This fee will go directly to the BNA account and we will then be invoiced by Netball Victoria. $51 (born 2000 or later) OR $71 (born 1999 or before) A player who has already registered and paid with another team / organisation / rep team must still self-register with your team, but the fee will be removed automatically by the system so they don’t pay twice. The Association will then reconcile the on-line registrations with your team list to ensure that all players have registered and are therefore insured. ADDITIONAL PLAYERS added after the Team Lists have been submitted on March 25: Note: this includes players registering during the season. 1. Please email me with the player’s name and I will add to your list 2. Please provide the player with the MyNetball link for State Membership which was emailed to you once you entered the team. This link is also available on our website. Link = 2017 State Membership They must register on-line BEFORE taking the court or your team will lose points for playing an unregistered and uninsured player. 4. 5. 3. Whilst it would be preferable for players to self-register prior to their game, players registering on the day must come to the office and pay + fill out the Additional Player form. We will add them to your team lists. 4. Emergency, fill-in players will need to register at the office and pay a single game fee for every game played.
