CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS – SCRATCH CARDS IN THE WIN MORE CONTEST

GENERAL
CPH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions with no prior warning or notification, as well as suspending,
withdrawing or cancelling the contest if there is fair reason for doing so. In addition, CPH can at any time exclude
participants that do not abide by the rules, terms and conditions of the contest. If there is reason to suspect cheating,
CPH reserves the right to eliminate participants from the contest.
Participants recognize that decisions made by CPH are final and binding.
If the contest entails the answering of questions etc., only correct answers of questions etc. will be considered in the
draw.
Any costs for mobile data will not be reimbursed.
WHAT CAN YOU WIN?
In the scratch card game, you will be participating in the contest for 2248 prizes worth a total of about DKK 55,000. A
comprehensive overview of the contest prizes and their value can be found here https://advantage.cph.dk/advantagespillet---betingelser/. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and must be picked up no later than 1 December 2015
in the shop in Copenhagen Airport where the prize was won.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Everyone can participate in the contest for the scratch card prizes, but you must be at least 18 years of age. Each
participant can participate in the electronic scratch card once per day per mobile phone number as long as the contest
is running, which is from 8 October 2015 to 31 October 2015.
Employees of CPH and carriers of CPH Card, as well as members of their households are ineligible to participate in the
contest.
WHEN CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
You can participate in the contest from 8 October 2015 to 31 October 2015, both days inclusive.
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
You will participate in the contest via an electronic scratch card. Select your country, enter your mobile phone number
and agree to the terms and conditions of the contest to participate in the scratch card contest – you will immediately
be able to tell if you have won. You win when three identical prizes are shown when activating the game.
IF YOU WIN
There are 2248 winners in the scratch card game.
As a participant in the electronic scratch card, you win by revealing three identical gift symbols. The winner will be
notified immediately about which prize he or she won. Shortly thereafter, the winner will receive a text message with
a prize code used to verify the winner. The prize code in the text message links to the game’s prize page, from where
the winner can redeem the prize. From the moment the winner has selected to redeem the prize, he or she has 15
minutes to collect the prize in the shop where it was won. The prize should be collected in the Copenhagen Airport
shop where it was won before 1 December 2015. If the prize isn’t redeemed before 1 December 2015, the winner’s
right to the prize is invalidated. If a winner of a prize in the scratch card game isn’t travelling before 1 December 2015
– which is a prerequisite to collect the prize – the winner is presented with the option to pass on the prize to a friend
that is travelling by forwarding the text message with the prize code.
Any taxes or duties on the prize is covered by CPH. The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. If a prize cannot be
handed out due to conditions beyond CPH’s control, a different prize of similar value will be awarded.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
CPH gathers and processes personal information in relation to managing participation in the contest. Furthermore, CPH
uses personal information for sending promotional material et cetera if you have consented to receive such. Your
personal information will not be passed on to third parties, and you have the right of insight into the gathered
information as well as the right to object to the handling of the information. You also have the right to have incorrect

APPLICABLE LAW AND VENUE
This contest is subject to Danish law, and any disputes are to be presented to Danish courts of law.
