How to access Stingray Music on Singtel TV
1. If this is your first time accessing Stingray Music, tune in to Channel 800.
For subsequent use of Stingray Music, you may access your favourite Stations via these shortcuts.

2. Press OK on your remote control to launch the media player.
3. To select Channels, press V button on your remote control then use the < and > buttons to toggle between
Channels. Press V to select a Channel.
4. To select a Station, click on the < and > buttons on your remote control to toggle between the Station cover
Images. Press OK to start playing music from your chosen Station.
How to access Stingray Music on your mobile device
You will need to access Stingray Music on Singtel TV AND your Mobile device to complete the steps.
1. Visit the App Store on Apple devices, or the Android Play Store on Android devices and search for the
Stingray Music app. Download the Stingray Music app.
2. Launch the Stingray Music App on your mobile device.
3. Follow the steps on the screen to create a Stingray account using your email address, or connect with
Facebook.
4. Select Singtel as your TV Provider.
5. Keep your mobile device close to the TV and select Authorize with your TV.
6. On Singtel TV, tune in to Stingray Music channel on via Channel 800.
7. Press OK on your remote control to launch the media player.
8. Go to the Options Menu on your TV screen. Select Pair Devices.
9. On your TV screen, you will see a numerical code and a QR code.
10. On your Stingray Music Mobile app, you can either:
a. Enter the numerical code as displayed on the TV screen in the ‘Enter code’ field OR
b. Scan the QR code on screen with your mobile device’s camera
You should see a Congratulation screen on your mobile device once you have successfully authenticated the
Stingray Music app on your mobile device.
Please note that re-authentication is required every 180 days.
How to listen to music on your mobile device
1. Launch the Stingray Music App on your mobile device.
2. On the main page, select Channels.
3. Browse Channels and select a Genre to play your music.
How to access Stingray Music on your web browser
You will first need to authenticate Stingray Music app on your mobile phone. If you have not done so, please
follow the guide here.
1. Visit webplayer.stingray.com/play on your computer browser and select Log In.
2. Select Connect with mobile app.
3. Launch the Stingray Music app on your mobile device.
4. On the Stingray Music app, select Settings and select Web Player Access.
5. Scan the QR code on your web browser using your Stingray Music app. You’ll be instantly connected to the
web player.
How to listen to music on your web browser
1. Click on Channels on the main navigation bar.
2. Select the Genre of music and enjoy listening to your favourite music!
