Dues are paid annually for the fiscal year December 1 to November 30. Dues are payable at the December
membership meeting and delinquent after the January membership meeting. If there are no changes to the
directory information, please write your name and NO CHANGES. Take time to indicate areas of service where you
can be involved. Annual dues are $25.00. Add $4 if you want your directory mailed to you. If you can’t come to
a meeting, mail the form and your check to:
