It is known that chemical and biological agents can produce
low-intensive electromagnetic fields. Remote reproduce
properties of biologically active substances by using their
characteristic electromagnetic radiation has been known for a
relatively long time (J. Benveniste et al., 1987, 1988, 1998; L.
Montagnier et al., 2009, 2012). The mechanisms of such
phenomena have not a clear theoretical justification.
It was shown previously that the ability of low-intensive laser
radiation to reproduce the basic properties of individual drugs in
neutral carrier, presumably due to induced secondary radiation
(B. P. Surinov et al., 2012, 2013, 2014).
To do this, they (tablets, ampoules with solution) were placed
on a neutral carriers (substrate) - CD- or DVD-compact disc - and
within 2-3 minutes exposured to the drug with laser radiation
(the source of 5mW, wavelength 650 nm).
As a result, the carrier of about 1.5 months of retained the
ability to influence the properties of water or saline solution,
placed it in a glass vessel for 15-20 minutes.
These solutions are designated as information copy 1 (IC 1)
of drugs.
Option IC 2 was obtained remotely through the Internet using
technology developed by the DST Fund
(http://www.newpharm.ru, http://www.dst-fund.ru).
The study was performed in accordance with the requirements
of preclinical testing of medicines. The value was only
statistically significant data.
Most of the experiments were performed in a blind variant in
two or more independent experiments.
Studies conducted on laboratory outbred adult mice.

mice) of substances pheromone analogues of 2,3- and 2,5dimethylpyrazine (2,3- and 2,5-DMP), its IC1 and CD-ROM disks, these
substances activated with laser. The substance 2,3-DMP attracts, and 2,5DMP repels intact recipients. Similar properties have their IC1 (water,

Сonclusions
The results of the experiments indicate the possibility to obtain an
information copy (IC) of biologically active substances on neutral
carriers, store them, transmit on long distances and reproduce in the
aquatic environment.
The difference between the properties of such copies of the chemicals
can help to overcome some of the problems the drug use. Example: IC
to penetrate through physiological barriers; IC can be stored for long
periods; the introduction of an unstable drug in the form of the IC does
not preclude its rapid destruction in the body.
These data can serve as stimulus for the development of new
fundamental concepts in biology, pharmacology, biophysics, etc. The
results of the experiments and the literature data are sometimes
contradictory, which is understandable their high novelty.
The described experiments were carried out in accordance with the
requirements of objectivity, which was repeatedly reproduced, is
supported by clinical observations and by independent researchers.
