We are proud to announce that the 2nd World Congress of Food Science and Technology-2013 (Food S & T2013), will take place during September 23-25, 2013 in Hangzhou, China with the theme of "Emerging
Science, Technologies and Applications in Food Industry". On behalf of the organizing committee, we’re
pleased to welcome you to propose a speech and act as Session Chair/Speaker on your recent
discovery about Application of Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy in Food Sciences: (A Study on Cucurbita
Maxima)… at the Session 3-6: Mass Spectrometry and Spectroscopy in Food Analysis of the
