TABLE WAITING LIST INSTRUCTIONS
2018 SHOW OF SHOWS
Table applications for the 2018 Show of Shows are now being accepted. No payment is
necessary at this time.
Please complete, sign, and return form to the office.
DO NOT SUBMIT A CHECK, MONEY ORDER, OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER
WITH
APPLICATION
Please remember the following:
1. Applications are accepted first in, first on the list. The date we receive your application
is recorded.
No one is placed on the waiting list without a completed form in house.
2. When table(s) become available, and you are next on the list, you will be contacted by
e-mail or telephone to accept or decline the table(s). If you accept, payment will be made
by MasterCard or VISA.
3. If your e-mail or telephone number changes during the year, call the office with your
new contact information.
4. Waiting list applications are NOT carried over to the following year. All applications
will be
destroyed after the show. To be placed on the waiting list for future shows, a new application must be submitted.
EFFECTIVE FOR ALL OVMS SHOWS
All Table Holders/Dealers
• Must be OVMS member, current paid dues, in good standing.
• Spouse, life partner, significant other, minor children (under 18-years old) of table
holder/dealer and table helpers do not have to be an OVMS member, but must be listed
on table form.
• All badges must bear actual name of holder.
All Helper(s)
• All must be OVMS member, current paid dues, in good standing.
• Family members of helper and table holder/dealer, over 18-years old, must be a
member, i.e., parents, neighbors, friends, business associates, employees, customers,
siblings, etc.
• No helper badges will be issued at show.
• All badges must bear actual name of holder.
