MONTHLY INCENTIVE STRUCTURE MONTHLY PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS (QUOTA) Production Minimum: Approx. $1,000/month ($200/shift) Credit Card Percentage: 25% of total $ pledged Attendance: Perfect To succeed as a department, we need to operate as a strong unit, with all of us doing our best to meet expectations. Because of the importance of everyone’s individual efforts, we strongly believe that callers whose monthly performance consistently exceeds our department’s basic requirements should be rewarded in addition to their regular hourly rate. Bonus will be awarded in the form of a gift certificate to an establishment of the caller’s choice. MONTHLY INCENTIVE STRUCTURE Prospect Type Gifts (Charged on Credit Card) Pledges (Sending a check) Lybunt 3% 1% Sybunt 4% 2% Lapsed and New Donors 5% 3% Overdue Pledges 2% 0% (Fulfillment Calling) *Should a single gift or pledge exceed $1,000, bonus calculations are limited to $1,000 of the total dollar amount. Leadership ($500+) on credit card will be awarded at +1% (4% Lyb, 5% Syb, 6% Laps/New, & 3% Ful). This structure rewards high monthly pledge volume and is weighted in favor of more difficult donor categories, with an emphasis on credit card donations. MONTHLY “FLAT” INCENTIVE Production $1,000/month Credit Card Percentage Attendance Bonus 20 to 24.99% Perfect $10 ($200/shift) The Monthly “Flat” Incentive rewards callers who have maintained perfect attendance and achieved the production performance requirement, but slightly fall short of the credit card percentage performance requirement of 25%. Since this is the first year with this bonus structure, the structure may be adjusted as the Annual Giving Coordinator sees fit.
