Risk Management Implements and promotes best practice risk management process and tolls for the project management community. Creates and maintains regional portfolio risk register. Ensures proper prioritisation and escalation of risks from projects to the Portfolio Office. Provides training, coaching and mentoring to project managers for managing risks across initiatives within the regional portfolio. Capacity Management Implements and promotes best practice capacity and resource management process and tools for all initiatives within regional portfolio. Ensures consistent planning of capacity and resources across the portfolio. Provides capacity reports and dashboards relevant for decision making. Ensures dependencies are well defined and tracked for all initiatives within regional portfolio. ROLE PURPOSE: The Technical Trainer is a new role sitting within a new Change and Deployment Team that has been created to secure timely implementation of new supporting systems and business processes across our 55 country offices. The Technical Trainer will on occasion be involved in the design and production of the training materials, otherwise he/she will interact closely with the Project Manager and IT Developers to ensure the user friendliness and ease of implementation of the training material provided by the project team.
