1. Login to AiM (https://fmapp.weber.edu/fmax/login). Be sure to allow popups on any browsers
that you will be using, the AIM system works with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google
Chrome.

2. Once logged in then click on Customer Service.
The Modules that will appear in the
list are the Modules that are assigned
to your role.
3. Click on the New Request Icon next to Customer Request
4. All red boxes must be filled in with the appropriate information including cost code. The
Description field should contain all pertinent information you would like Facilities Management
to know about your work request. Contact information must be completed or request will be
rejected by Facilities Management Business Office. Organization is the Org in Banner (i.e 31100
Facilities Management)
5. Select the magnifying glass icon next to Organization (this field is not required but is helpful)
6. Once the zoom button is selected on organization it will ask for your Institution, there is only
one available to select, hit the execute search icon and select Weber State University.
7. Then select your department from the list, or search for it by name under the search icon.
Example : 3100 Facilities Management
8. Then select your appropriate organization from the List provided. If you know your Organization
code you can just enter it in the organization field.
9. The Requestor field is required to be left blank. The next step is to pick the appropriate Region
Facility, and Property the work is being requested for. Select the zoom icon next to Region.
10. Please select the proper Region from the list.

Select the appropriate Facility from the list; generally it will be OGDEN CAMPUS under WEBER.

Then select the appropriate PROPERTY needing the work done and the room.

Additional information is always helpful. Include the room number in the ”Location” Field and
include a “Desired Date” if the request is time sensitive. Requests can be canceled by editing the
request and changing the status to CANCELED. Extra Description is also available for more information
in the drop down menu. Once all the information is completed hit the save Icon to submit your
Request.
