Promotion Eligibility
The Tooheys Knights Home Game Ticket Promotion is open to all Toronto Workers Club
Group members.
Promotion Entry
Commences at 09:00 Thursday 3 March 2016 until and 19:00 Monday 22 August 2016.
To enter, members purchase any Tooheys New product during the term of the promotion
will receive an automated entry ticket from the Senpos till. The member must then place
their entry ticket into the entry barrel/box provided.
The total value that can be claimed during any one promotional draw is $168.00 in the form
of two x double passes which includes a Newcastle Knights supporters flag (1) and a
Newcastle Knights supporters scarf (1) per home game (12 games/draws in total), totalling a
maximum prize giveaway of $2018.00.
The prize breakdown is as follows:
2 x Double Passes in the Andrew Johns Stand (Grand Stand seats) including one Newcastle
Knights merchandise flag and one Newcastle Knights merchandise scarf (for each Newcastle
Knights Home Game)
There are 12 draws per promotion = $2,018.00.
Entry tickets are restricted to one entry per member per day.
Promotion Draw
A member will be drawn from the entry barrel/box each Monday prior to the next Knights
Home games. Draw dates and times are as follows:
Monday 14 March 2016 7pm (Knights home game 19/3/2016)
Monday 4 April 2016 7pm (Knights home game 10/4/2016)
Monday 18 April 2016 7pm (Knights home game 25/4/2016)
Monday 9 May 2016 7pm (Knights home game 15/5/2016)
Monday 23 May 2016 7pm (Knights home game 30/5/2016)
Monday 6 June 2016 7pm (Knights home game 11/6/2016)
Monday 20 June 2016 7pm (Knights home game 25/6/2016)
Monday 11 July 2016 7pm (Knights home game 17/7/2016)
Monday 1 August 2016 7pm (Knights home game 4-8/8/2016 TBC)

The promotional host/duty manager announce two winners by drawing two entry tickets
from the entry barrel/box provided. The winners will be notified via phone and email
(member details must be updated at Club reception to ensure they receive accurate
notification). The winners will be advertised on the Club Website
(www.torontoworkers.com.au) and Club Facebook page
(www.facebook.com/torontoworkersclub)
In the event a member comes out in the first draw, they are not eligible to claim a second
prize on the same draw date. For example: Tom Jones #123 won first double pass on
Monday 14 March 2016 and then is drawn again for the second double pass on Monday 14
March 2016. The second double pass will be automatically forfeited by Tom and a redraw
will take place to find a different member. Tom can win another prize on another draw date.
Therefore, there will be two different winning members per promotional draw during the
term of the promotion.
The draw will be conducted at the premises of Toronto Workers Club, 9 James Street,
Toronto NSW 2283 and announced via Club Public Address system.
Winners do not need to be present to claim their prize. At the completion of each draw the
entry barrel/box will be emptied. The promotional entry barrel/box will start empty for a
fresh batch of eligible entry tickets per promotional draw. All entry tickets entered into the
barrel/box will be kept for a period of 3 years (36 months) from date of promotional draw.
Further Conditions
Prizes will be recorded on the dedicated reconciliation sheet and winners must sign for prize
collection.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older, a member of the Toronto Workers Club Group
and must have proof of age and membership identification. Entrants must produce
appropriate identification upon request. Any entrant deemed under the age of 18 years, not
a member of the Toronto Workers Club Group or without appropriate identification will
forfeit their prize and a redraw will take place.
Decisions of Club Management are final. No correspondence will be entered into. To the
extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions make no
provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Toronto
Workers Club Group reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue
and absolute discretion will be final and binding.
Participation in the promotion confirms full acceptance of terms and conditions governing
the promotion.
Staff, management and directors are not permitted to participate or enter into the Tooheys
Knights Home Game Ticket promotion.
