All animals are boarded at the owners risk, although every possible care will be taken of them while
in our charge. We provide a variety of feeds, but please note if your cat is on any special veterinary
prescription diet you will need to provide this.
Any necessary veterinary treatment will be given and charged to the owners account. Cranmore
Cattery will also charge £20 per veterinary visit. We will use our own vet whenever possible.
Cats must have an up-to-date vaccination against Feline Enteritis and Cat Flu. Vaccination certificates
must be produced on arrival before cats will be accepted for boarding.
If a definite booking is cancelled within less than 60 days notice a fee of £…………………………. Per run
will be charged. The cancellation fee is the same amount as deposit taken.
