A 1/2” sheathing is mechanically fastened over the air seal tape at the building
perimeter and penetrations, and Kelly Green Boards ballast the insulation in
place in the field of the roof.
The 90 mill C-EPDM membrane is adhered
to the perimeter, and penetration
sheathing and is loose laid over the interior

roof membrane is adhered to the perimeter
sheathing and loose laid over the roof interior
insulation weighted in place with
Kelly Green Board.
Wind up lift transfer Equalizer Valves are placed
along the perimeter edge for high wind resistance
and continuous drying of the roof assembly.
