Light Doctor Changes Business Name to Lumenal Lighting
New Name Reflects Successful Growth of Company and Reinforces Focus on Serving Commercial and

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE, Wash. – June 12, 2014 – Light Doctor, LLC, today announced that it has changed
its operating name to Lumenal Lighting. The new brand reinforces the company’s focus on business-tobusiness service and sales. The company’s ownership, management, place of business and service
offerings remain the same.
