Input has been requested via questionaire:
 This input appears to address more ‘implementation and
realisation’ rather than ‘vision’
 Simple VISION could read:
1. By 2015(?) GSICS will attain the global recognition as the
(most) authoritative activity on space-based calibration and
inter-calibration ...
2. TANGIBLE GOAL: Satellite real-time operational calibration
by participating space agencies will be embedded within
GSICS; this holds also true for the refined calibration for the
reprocessing of FCDRs.
