Successful experience in living and working together with people from different nationalities and
cultures – during the study in the international MSc Program “Educational & Training Systems
Design”. These skills were very useful in my long successful experience in working in
international research programs funded by European Commission (Tempus, Phare, Leonardo,
4FP, 5FP, and 6FP). They helped me also during my successful participation in the
Programming Committees of six International Conferences.
I have long organizational experience in coordination and administration of projects, people and
budgets. I am Head of the University Computer Centre (forty people staff), responsible for the
development and maintenance of the whole computer and information framework at the
University of Sofia.
I was manager of two international projects and national coordinator for other four international
projects with responsibilities for overall budget about half million Euro. All these projects finished
successfully and were approved with high marks from the European Commission.
I have long experience in installing, administering and maintaining of computer networks. I was
involved in the design and development of the Sofia University computer network, recognized as
one of the 25 most successful networks in 1995. I am certified as CCNA (Cisco Certified
Network Associate), CCAI (Cisco Certified Academy Instructor) and CCNP (Cisco Certified
Network Professional). I have rich experience in design and implementation of complex
enterprise information systems.

I am able to design educational programs in various domains, as well as to model Social
processes and activities– achieved as a result from the MSc Program “Educational & Training
Systems Design” at University of Twente, the Netherlands.
I have more than 30 publications in the Press.
I can consult Small and Medium size Enterprises in areas of: using Information and
Communication Technologies in their business, innovations technology transfers, designing and
performing educational and training programs, etc. These skills, achieved as a result from the
MSc Program “Educational & Training Systems Design” and the course “Euro Innovation
Manager”, were already proved during the successful participation in various 5FP Projects.
