God Comes to Save His People – Pg. 31 - 35
• The story of Jesus begins with the eternal
God, before creation.
• St. John’s Gospel states: “In the beginning was
the Word, and the Word was God. He was in
the beginning with God. All things came into
being through him, and without him not one
thing came into being.” John 1:1-3a
Jesus is the “logos” from the Greek which
