1. Review order or Enter new order.
2. When an order is entered after October 1, 2015 the ICD 10 codes will be
available.
3. When converting a order previously entered, the screen below will appear:
4. Choose the tab: Convert to ICD-10 codes
5. Another drop down screen will appear:
6. Choose the drop arrow. Diagnosis most closely matching the existing
appear.
7. You must do this for each test in the order. Ex BMP; Veni; Lipid, CBC.
8. Choose “Next Order Choice”. Continue choosing Diagnosis. When
completed SAVE.
