major award at this year’s
Master Builders Association of Victoria Regional
Building Awards held on
June 3, 2016.
The latest award of Best
Display Home $350,000 $500,000 for the Retreat

a long list of accolades

1994 by Graham Searle
with its first office operating from the garage of his
Albury home.
After continued growth
and multiple building
awards, Southern Vale’s

NNER city apartment living
has a strong future, according to well known local real
estate identity Alan Chapman,
now retired.
A new development in David
Street, Albury – Wighton Apartments – is about to be released
onto the market and will fill a
niche gap in the central Albury
area, he says.
