Indicators are quantitative or qualitative variables that allow stakeholders to verify changes produced by an intervention.
Risk corresponds to a potential future event, fully or partially beyond control that may affect (negatively) the achievement of the results.
3
Assumptions are the variables or factors that need to be in place for results to be achieved.
4
The role of partners is the responsibilities of the different partners for the achievement of a given output and outcome.
5
Indicative resources reflect an estimate of the resources required – financial, human, technical assistance and knowledge – for a given programme or project.
6
Baseline is the status of the indicator at the beginning of a project.
7
Target is what one hopes to achieve.
8
Means of verification are the sources of information to inform initial baselines and measure results.
9
Goal / Impact states the direction the project shall take, i.e. the changes which will take place in the long term partly as a result of the project.
10
Outcome states the expected outcomes, or direct effects, of the project. The outcome describes the situation which is expected to prevail if the project delivers the
expected results. A project can have several outcomes. If the project has more than 2 outcomes, you can always create additional lines in the table above. The outcomes
should be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timebound)
11
The outputs are the direct results of the activities that are implemented within the framework of the project. A project can have several outputs for an outcome. If the project
has more than 2 outputs for outcome 1, you can always create additional lines. The outputs should be SMART: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timebound)
