In National Taiwan Univ., three students in their master courses tested them. Jing-Ge can explain the details. They have some progress. • In Fu Jen Catholic Univ., – we build a water cooling system for our APDs. – We turn on the HV & LED 24 hours everyday for 3 months. The aging results would show later. (Setting temp. = Measured temp.) (each point takes 2 seconds) HV light with Temp.
