My name is Jolene and I’m your first point of call here at Haven for anything team or
event related. I’m here to help you every step of the way and to make sure that your booking
and planning process is easy.
When you’re looking to take your team away for the weekend, make it unique. We all
know that the same thing, week in and week out, can take its toll so mix it up and keep
it interesting. At Haven, we can offer so much more than a conventional hotel to create
something that will motivate your team and that everyone will remember.
We have comfortable accommodation and excellent venues in a variety of sizes with stages,
lighting, dance floors and seating. And we’ve also got so much more – with most of our
parks being on the coast, we’re perfect for a meeting or some team building activities on
the beach. We’ve got heated indoor pools on every park, and we have activities such as
archery, climbing wall and loads of other stuff that we can get you involved in.
I can advise on the best locations, arrange park visits so that you can check out the park before you book, and take care
of any special requests. And our teams on the parks are experienced in making sure your booking goes ahead smoothly.
We’ve worked on all types of events; from a few dozen guests up to those involving thousands of people in multiple
locations – and some taking over the entire park!

This is the second year we have organised a group visit to Haven
for HASSRA and our experiences from this year will see us coming
back for more. This year we hosted two group bookings, one at
Golden Sands and the other at Blue Dolphin. This year proved very
popular with 180 Caravans booked in total. The feedback from our
members was excellent for both dates. The booking process was
simple and the help and advice available from the team throughout
was invaluable. We look forward to our return in 2014.

Beaches, fields, woodlands – we’ve got plenty! We have the
outdoor space for you to explore and really blow the cobwebs away.
With most of our parks on the coast, and all of them having loads of green
space around, we’ve got the perfect places for you to have an outside
meeting with a picnic – or how about a game of rounders at lunchtime?
Please do play on our grass!
We know it can’t always be about
fun – sometimes you really need to
get some work done. We’re well
placed to help out with everything
you need.
We’ve also got PA and lighting
systems, so if you want to hold
a conference or just do some really
high tech karaoke, we’ve got
you covered.
Our venues are different at every
park, and we have some that
can hold more than 1000 people.

We have 23 parks where you’re welcome to bring
your own tent, tourer or motorhome. You and your
team can sleep under the stars, or if not everyone is
so adventurous, why not have a mixture of touring
and caravan accommodation?
We can offer you a wide choice of comfortable holiday homes. Caravans, chalets, apartments...
who needs hotel rooms? It’s not a real team building break until you’ve seen everyone in their
teddy bear pyjamas. Our holiday homes sleep up to 8 people and there is always the option of camping
in your own tent,or glamping in one of ours.
