Instructions
To enter please send:
• 13 copies of completed entry forms.
• 13 copies of any supporting materials (USB drive only - see item 6 on page 3)
• Please include a separate USB drive with your company logo in jpeg or eps
format, minimum 300dpi for IWF use in media promotion. Seal this USB drive in an
envelope clearly labeled with your company name and company logo for
Challengers Award.
Entry Deadline:
• All materials must be received at the IWF Office by February 4th, 2016. Late
entries will NOT be judged.
IMPORTANT:
• Read all entry procedures and all other information included in the Entry Package.
• Entry forms can be downloaded at http://www.iwfatlanta.com/Resources/MediaContent/2016Intial-Round-Challengers-EntryForm.docx, to be completed on your computer, then printed,
copied and mailed.
• No handwritten entries accepted.
• Do not fax or e-mail entries. Please make 13 copies and mail to IWF at the address
below.
Packet labeled “IWF 2016 Semi-Finalist” is not to be completed unless
your entry is chosen to compete in the next round of judging.
Entries making it to the next round of judging will be notified in mid-March. Those selected entries will
have until April 12th to complete and submit the Semi-Finalists entry requirements (samples for
evaluation, USB Drive if sample too large or impractical to ship, supporting materials) and be received at
the IWF office.
