Location: Meetings via videoconference
Remuneration: Voluntary Position
Position Description
Meeting as a board with representatives from New Zealand and New Caledonia for the
development of the sport in the Oceania region.
Organise and sanction international events in the Oceania Region.
Communicate with the IFSC
Further develop the sport of sport climbing within the Oceania region
Meetings are held every second months with additional meetings in the lead up to events.
Skills and Experience Requirements
High level of motivation to develop the sport of climbing
International sport experience preferred
Strong communication skills
At least two years of climbing board experience at a state or national level
Strong community relationships
Experience in the administration of the sport
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected by Sport Climbing Australia as our representative on the OCSC.
