Payment for Seasons of Life Home
Care is not covered by Medicare or
supplemental plans. Other payment
sources depend on the service
needed and eligibility. Polk County
residents may be eligible to receive
grant-assisted services. Our staff will
work with client and family closely
for long term care insurance filing
and reimbursement.

Seasons of Life Home Care is a nonprofit, state licensed Home Care Agency
located in Polk County, North Carolina.
Services are available to residents of
Henderson, Polk and Rutherford
Counties in North Carolina and upper
Greenville and Spartanburg Counties in
South Carolina. We employ home care
aides (certified and trained) and provide
care to individuals within a 25-mile
radius of our agency location. Care is
provided by Home Care Aides in the
home, hospital, or nursing home
setting. Registered Nurses supervise
all In-Home Aides.

Regular office hours are 9:30 to 4:00 Monday
through Friday. However, a staff member is
on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Anyone may make a referral for service by
simply contacting staff with brief information
about the person in need. Seasons of Life
