We are looking for a like-minded individual for the following position located in Middelburg,
Mpumalanga:
Production Manager – Middelburg Plant
Purpose of the Job:
To lead the production shift teams to deliver requirements to achieve operational targets as well
as co-ordinating and developing the teams through planning, co-ordination control of
manufacturing processes and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

Education, experience and competencies required:





Professional/Technical/Academic BE/ME/BTech/MS Management Degree/Post Graduate
Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering or Technology
Must be in possession of a Code 08 (B) driver’s licence
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG filling and packaging environment in a senior
production supervisory role
Autonomous individual, with key technical insights and hands on approach in a lean
organization essential.
Equipment knowledge on Husky injectors, Krones Blow Moulding and Packaging, Syrup and
Flavour manufacturing as well as service management, i.e. compressors, chillers and boilers
would be an advantage.
