PLEASE READ THIS before you begin: This kit has been checked & is complete. Upon the kits
arrival, please check off each item and if anything is missing or broken contact us via email so you will
not be billed for something that wasn’t your fault. Before returning the kit, once again use this check list
to ensure that everything is being returned. Finally be sure to complete the Learning Kit Response Form
(flipside of this page). It helps us keep our kits functional and is a small price to pay for the free use of our
