
Proposal to: McDonalds Corporation

Subject: A partnership with the Joliet
Slammers pro baseball team

Objective: The Joliet Slammers organization
submits this sponsorship proposal to increase
interest and awareness in McDonalds while
still supporting the Joliet Slammers pro
baseball organization
Pricing Agreement

The Joliet Slammers will receive $100,000 as a
result of this partnership with the McDonalds
corporation.


From 2013 to 2023
The opportunities for new incentives and
ideas will vary over the years as the
McDonalds corp. continues to introduce new
foods and promotions to cater to the
advancement of the corporation.
Radio & TV Advertisements

RADIO

The Slammers in
partnership with
McDonalds will air
(5) 20 second radio
ads every game.

“WJOL ”1340 AM is
the official radio
home of Joliet
Slammers Baseball.
 TELEVISION

The Slammers in
partnership with
McDonalds will air (3)
30 second TV
commercials on
WCIU the U, the
official TV
broadcaster for the
boomers every
game.
Print/Logo Exposure
 All
media guides or programs distributed
at all home games will feature:


a small McDonalds logo on the cover page
of the booklet.
the entire back page will be a picture of
the famous McDonalds meals.

Any new meals/sandwiches that come out
will be featured on the back cover in a timely
manner as well.

 This
print and logo exposure will do a lot
for the McDonalds corporation. It will
increase McDonald’s notoriety for the
Joliet area residents.
 It
is a great opportunity for the media
guides to advertise McDonalds to all fans
who get the guide or program.
“Silver Cross Stadium” Signage
 The
video board and running
advertisement marquee outside the
stadium will feature McDonalds ads and
pictures on them.


The Video board will show ads during all
games.
The marquee runs 24/7 and will always
have McDonalds ads running on it.
The “Golden Arch” Deck
 The
“golden arch” deck will be the new
name for the former “party” deck in left
field of Silver Cross stadium.


The deck will include various printed ads on
the walls and railings of the deck.
The deck will have small McDonalds related
games and contests for children to play
and win prizes from.
“Golden Arch” Tickets
 Single
game tickets can be purchased by
all for all home games on the season for a
slightly more expensive price than
standard ticket cost.
 Season tickets can be purchased as well
to ensure access to the deck for all home
games of the season.
McDonald’s Night
 (4)
games during every month of the
Joliet Slammers regular season will be
dedicated to the McDonalds corp.
 These

games will include:
McDonalds related game day promotions

T-shirts, coupons, drawstring bags, etc.
The “I’m Lovin It” Contest
 This
game day contest is affiliated with the
“McDonalds” night games every month.
 The contest consists of a raffle that all
tickets are eligible for, during the 7th inning
stretch. 5 ticket numbers are randomly
called and those lucky winners will receive
a free regular size meal at their nearest
McDonalds within the next 48 hours.

Free Big Macs- on game day giveaway cards
to all fans if the Slammers score 8 or more
runs.
On Deck Logos- both on deck circles on the
field will give exposure to McDonalds by
having the world famous McDonalds arch
printed on them.
Ronald McDonald Mascot- will be present at
all McDonalds night games to take free
pictures with kids at the game.
