Creek Road (Access Richmond Hill, Ground Floor). Cash, cheque, debit, VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Order distribution date: Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Healthy Yards Event and Public Works Open House
Order distribution location: Richmond Hill’s Operations Centre - 1200 Elgin Mills Road East.
Pickup times:
Last names starting with A to L: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Last names starting with M to Z: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please provide proof of purchase to pick up your pre-ordered items. We will accept receipts in print or digitally on a smartphone/tablet.
All orders must be picked up on distribution day; no special arrangements will be accepted.
The Town of Richmond Hill is not responsible for plant material that is not picked up or plant material that does not survive after it is picked up.
Native plant kits, rain barrels and backyard composters are only available to residents of Richmond Hill. Trees and shrubs will be provided in 1 to 2 gallon pots ranging in sizes from 20 cm to 125 cm in height.
Each Perennial Flower Kit includes a tray of 16 native perennial flowers in 10 cm pots and recommended garden design.
Native Plant Kits will be pre-assembled prior to pick-up; personal selection of plant material is not permitted.
We will do our best to adhere to your plant selection; however, in circumstances where plant material is not available we will substitute with
another plant that is similar to your original choice.
