MDTC Part-time Contract Opportunity
Crew Boat Booking Agent
The MDTC is looking for a reliable Booking Agent for our small crew boat. The boat
is used for MDTC fisheries projects and to do passenger/freight runs from Port
McNeill, Alert Bay, Kingcome and Gilford.
Duties will include:
• Booking boat
• Collecting fares, purchase orders and tracking payments
• Completing monthly report form on trips, passengers, payments and
reconciling cash, cheques and Purchase orders.
The boat is presently based out of Kingcome Inlet but booking agent could be
elsewhere but needs to be a place along regular routes such as Port McNeill, Alert
Bay, Gilford or Kingcome so that the cash could be dropped off to them.
Time needed: Hours vary according to demand and bookings of boat.
Payment: 20/hr
