Health through Warmth (HTW) was set up in 2000 – a partnership between npower, the NHS and the charity National
Energy Action (NEA). Its objective is to help vulnerable people living in cold, damp homes to improve their living
conditions. From 2000 – 2007, HTW has accessed £29.5m of practical help to improve the comfort and quality of life of
vulnerable people
