Year 3 ‘Animals Take over’
This half term we have been focusing English learning around ‘The Great Kapok Tree’ animals that live in the
Amazon Rainforest.
To enhance their learning we have arranged a visit from ‘Animals take over’ on Monday 1 June. They will
bring a range of exotic animal into school including: snakes, lizards, giant snails, spiders and many more.
Children will have the opportunity to learn about caring for the animals, ask questions and also handle them.
Please can you let your class teacher know if your child has any allergies or you do not want them to take part.
School will be funding this visit for the children. Please return the permission slip below to school by
Wednesday 20 May to allow your child to take part. Please indicate if your child has any relevant allergies.
