submit your report monthly showing your client activity and we earn the small activity fee.

About the initial investment
The initial investment total is determined by your needs and business goals. We have
programs that start at *Zero dollars (the scholarship membership programs) and go up to
$4995 which is our most popular and standard full-access program. All initial investment
totals are based on covering our initial cost in getting you set up, trained and provided
full access. Our business makes no profit on the initial investment! Most all facilities,

Systems. Every partner we accept into our system must be invested at some level so, if you
apply to do a continuing education or certification program, add a revenue stream or any

About the monthly activity (success) fees
How do we do it?
This is the most exciting part about our business and you will agree!
The activity (success) fees are based upon what you and your business generate with a low
minimum. If you become successful so do we, providing us motivation to help you obtain
your goals. It’s that simple!
We do not have any high cost franchise fees, percentages etc. We simply earn an average of
$2 or less a session for any new business you acquire after you start with us, with a low
monthly minimum and cap (see chart below).
This provides you millions of dollars of revenue streams (see Revenue Stream program),
the top business coaching system in the industry (see our coaching program), conferences,
business planning, leadership, lead generation, partnerships, preferred vendors, access to
the master trainer programs, wellness programs and much more as seen in our
licensing/membership packets.
The $2 is simply to pay your business coaching team for them helping you grow your
business and us providing you Full Access! You will not find a better, dedicated systems in
the world! We do not even charge you an activity fee (success) for the first 2 months you
are with us as that is your business growth & training period to incorporate what we have.
This is a very simple system that gets results!
Where do our company, profits come from? This seems too good to be true!
We own the Revenue Stream system and we profit from it when you use it as you have
exclusive access, and since your profit totals are so incredible, it creates an incredible win5

I own a facility! Can all my employees and/or independent contractors get access?

License/ Membership Term: Stop any time – Never a Renewal Fee – It’s your choice –
AS is a membership/licensing program which comes with a term but the term renews
automatically every 36 months unless you wish to cancel, so you can remain a
licensee/member forever if you wish with no additional initial investment ever! AS is very
proud that our system never has a renewal fee.
You can also cancel at any time as long, as the provisions of the agreement are met. At $2 a
session for all the assets we provide, with just a $50 monthly minimum, we expect
licensees/members will never cancel unless they change careers. If a situation like that
occurs, you can follow the simple process to have the license/membership terminated. No
additional termination fees ever! Simply pay your term out or continue the small minimum
payment through the 36 months and your clear. 
Why is this a 36-month agreement that can be cancelled any time?
36 months or 3 years is what it takes to grow any great business plan. If you are a
seasoned veteran or a newbie to our industry dedicating to a plan will help you acquire

Selling your business or membership/ license

About the training and the business coaching system you receive?

with Robert Raymond and your business coaching team to develop your business plan and
go through complete training. You can then attend weekly mastermind calls, one on one
fitness business coaching, national conferences we provide just for you and much more.
We provide you with all the tools you need and a dedicated team to help make you
successful.

Achieve University is where it all begins! After you will have complete access and the
strength of using all systems and plans to grow your business.
Business Coaching sessions are available and you can schedule a one on one call with
your coaching leader once a quarter (4 per year). You can go to your exclusive coaching
website and schedule a business coaching session any time you wish. You will tap into the
many other coaching systems such as mastermind groups, conferences, workshops, “ask a
coach system” and the many other systems we offer exclusively for you.
One on one coaching is content driven and you should always leave the session with a
success strategy for the next quarter! Tap in and become successful! It is your job as the

The Membership/Licensing Program Activity Chart
What exactly are the fees and how does it work?
We like to immediately lay out this incredible program as it is geared to make you successful.
Attention professionals: As you can see by viewing our activity chart you have little to no
investment. We earn only $2 per client session so if you need to earn $80 a session all you
need to do is charge the client $82 and we are FREE (see chart below)!
Below is a copy of our membership/licensing program chart of our 2 programs (Gold and
Platinum). Look at the cap amount and the small $$ amount we take to become your
partner in business and provide you these millions of dollars of assets.

Activity (success) fees are paid based upon the HONOR SYSTEM. We work hard to support
our members/licensees and we know you will do the same for us!
Even better, you have no activity fees for the first 2 months from membership/licensing
date as that’s what we term “the growth period”. After 2 months, the small $2 fee is
assessed based upon the honor system (below). Each month the minimum activity
(success) fee is just $50 which is less than the cost of 1 client session. Our fee system is
second to none and is here to simply make you successful.
If you join before the 15th of the month or before that month counts as your first month. If
you join after the 15th of the month the next month is considered your first month.
The Honor System is the only way to go!
All activity (success) fees are paid on the honor system. If you only pay $2 a session and we
are helping you obtain business, we have no way to track it and we don’t wish too.
We can provide this incredible system because we own most of the revenue streams and
other business systems that you can tap into, and that is where we can all be outstandingly
profitable. As you tap into what we have, identify opportunity and implement our systems
we all have incredible earning potential.
The small minimum covers the cost for us to provide all assets & is not in addition ever:
The small $50 minimum is in place because that covers our cost of providing the coaching
and asset system. The minimum is simply a minimum and is not in addition to the small $2
total. We put the minimum at this total because it is less than the cost of (1) session &
covers the expenses for us to provide all the incredible assets we provide.
And,
We Cap Seriously! Licensing/membership fees are capped at $250 so you never pay any
ridiculous unfair fees. If you’re cranking in your business and do over 125-250 sessions,
you will never pay more than $250.00 is our promise. Licensees/members can pay under
.25 cents per session as the total drops on average after you reach the cap. This is one of
the many commitments we have to your success!

Previous business waived: When you start with us all business you have when you start
with us is waived from activity fees for LIFE. We simply only turn any profits off what is
created after you get started and we have our hands involved in your success.
And,
Honor system allows us to monitor to help you: The small license/membership fee also
allow us to monitor the success of your business so we can better serve you. Your business
coach is responsible for tracking the reports and using them to help you grow your
business. The more successful you are the more licensing fees come in which allows your
coaching team to easily track your success and provide you help as needed.

Achieve Systems never has any additional fees and the initial investment is a one-time
investment providing your business life access and the ability to cancel any time.
Licensees/members are responsible for providing their Honor System activity report by
the 5th of each month and we auto process your small licensing/membership fees. If for
any reason you do not turn in your form by the 5th we are charged a $29 late fee from our
accounting firm that must be passed on to you. This is easily avoided by taking 5 minutes
at the end of each month and emailing your Success Fee Report. This report is important
because it allows our coaching team to track and monitor your success to better serve you.
If you continue in default of your agreement there, is a $2 per day fee as stated in your
license? This is easily avoided always by just emailing your report in. Default exists for
non-payment of any totals due ranging from activity fees to the initial investment.
Late fees are avoided very easily and we never wish to charge one but we must pass our
fees on from our accounting partners if you do not perform to the terms of our partnership.
We do not profit off late fees at any time.
Yes, sometimes accidents occur and you might forget and if that happens occasionally we
will simply do our best to waive any fees. We can’t guarantee it but we will do our best
always as you are important to us. It’s also important that we are important to you and
you get your report in on time. Thank you!
What happens if my credit card doesn’t clear?
We will contact you to rectify the situation and you have 3 days to do so. You can easily
log-in at www.achieveresourcecenter.com and click on the coaching button to fill out the
secure form to change a credit card any time. Achieve Systems runs all our accounting
100% through your CC on file. We do not accept checks or cash at any time. Turn-key and
easy!

Company president Robert Raymond quickly became successful in the fitness and wellness
