intermunicipal public utility company

Shareholders: Province of Walloon Brabant and its 27 Boroughs
(‘communes’) (Boroughs before the mergers made between 1975
and 1983 = 109)

The work we carry out on treating wastewater

Study and implementation of wastewater works (drains, collectors,
treatment plants)

Operation of treatment plants

Supervision of municipal drainage works (design, monitoring +
coordination for health and safety)

Operation of pumping stations

Recommendations on permits to discharge wastewater into the drains

Checks on the placement of individual treatment systems

Endoscopy, cleaning, mapping and land registration of drain networks

Plus: monitoring of flood prevention studies and works (Temporary
Immersion Zones, Street Expansion Zones, rainwater collectors, etc.)
