With bench top space at a premium, it’s important for labs working
across a range of applications to efficiently use the space available.
Unlike other tube racks, this multi-purpose rack is specifically
designed with the flexibility to hold 5 mL, 15 mL tubes and
17mm blood collection tubes firmly in place to assist technicians
constantly alternating between sample vessels.
How does this multi-purpose rack work? The rack incorporates
two moving hinged upper shelves that can be rotated to an up or
down position to accommodate the size of the tube being used. In
addition, the wells have a unique teardrop design that enables easier
insertion and better retention of tubes over traditional designs.
- Rack holds 5 or 15 mL tubes (or tubes up to 17mm in diameter)
or a combination of 20 – 5 mL, 15 mL or 16mm tubes.
- Ergonomic handles for ease of use
- Imprinted grid on both sides of the upper shelves for quick
identification and retrieval
