mfa-finland - Social Protection Platform

SP Show-and-Tell 12 May, 2010
MFA-FINLAND / Timo Voipio
• 3,1 % of bilateral ODA to SP sounds good, but it is
mainly based on generous MFAF support to (good
work by) Finnish Disability NGOs
• Bilateral SP work really nothing to boast about
(“SOCIAL” deprioritized by the Minister  2011)
• Strong support to multi-lateral policy dialogue
processes, primarily by President of Finland,
Ms. Tarja Halonen ( 2012) and by the Advisers.
