We certify that:

Concept One is a complying fund and is administered in accordance with the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993
(“SIS Act”). The Superannuation Fund Number is 146 266 945. Concept One holds Registrable Superannuation Entity
Registration Number R1056808.
2) Concept One has never received a notice of non-compliance from the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
3) Concept One is not currently subject to, nor has previously been subject to, a direction under Section 63 of the SIS Act.
4) The Trust Deed allows Concept One to accept transfers. No monetary links are in place.
5) Members are not allowed to borrow from Concept One.
6) Concept One is able to accept superannuation contributions from eligible persons. These contributions are maintained and
subsequently paid only in accordance with the SIS Regulations.
7) This letter satisfies the requirements of Section 3, Part B of the Standard Choice Form issued by the Australian Taxation Office
that the fund:

Will accept superannuation guarantee contributions on behalf of eligible persons from an employer; and
••
Provides details of how an employer can make contributions to Concept One the Industry Superannuation Fund.
8) Concept One offers insurance cover that meets the minimum requirements set out in the Superannuation Guarantee
(Administration)
Act 1992, of a fund to be offered by an employer where an employee does not choose a fund.
