RE: NEW SECONDARY FEES STRUCTURE 2017
Since its foundation, the mission of the Board of Alkimos Baptist College has been to reduce barriers
to accessing quality private education in the Northern suburbs of Perth. This includes keeping tuition
fees at the lowest possible level for students.
In keeping with this mission, from 2017 Alkimos Baptist College will no longer charge tuition
fees for Secondary College students. Students will be charged subject levies; however, the
subject levy total in 2017 will be no higher than $2000.
Uniform, booklist and camps (Year 8 and Year 10) are not included in the subject levies and will be
additional cost to families.
Alkimos Baptist College will continue to provide the excellent level of education, pastoral care and
programs to all our students while dramatically reducing the cost for families for private education in
the Northern Suburbs of Perth.
In 2017 Alkimos Baptist College will introduce a new specialist area to our curriculum, the Alkimos
Baptist College Cricket Academy. This Academy will be open to any student in Year 5 -8 in 2017
and will grow to conclude in Year 10. The Board of the College will be improving the infrastructure
of the campus by putting in dual pitch Cricket Nets. The Robotics Engineering Program and the
Fashion and Design Academy will continue to grow and develop as well.
Sibling discounts will not apply for Secondary students.
