Program #1
The fee below is for the 2017 season only, and applicants will not be responsible for
operating assessments.

Program #2
If you are an ex Elm Ridge member wishing to return, and have resigned prior to the 2014
season, you will benefit from a special reinstated membership category for 2017 for one
season at $4850 (single), or $8000 (couple). Members in this program are not responsible
for any assessments. Normal house minimum is applicable. All fees revert to regular levels
for the 2018 season. Entrance fees will resume where left off, if applicable.
Program #3
A 1 year reduced fee program targeted at anyone who has fully paid entrance fees at the
Club they are currently a member. Annual fee (2017) of $4850 (single), or $8000 (couple).
Equity granted immediately after paying full fee in 2018. This category is responsible for
assessments levied by the Board if applicable. Normal house minimum applies.
Program #4
A 1 year program in 2017, allowing play to after 3 p.m. only (seasonally adjusted).
$3750 per person. No assessments apply. House minimum $400 per person.
Program #5
1 year program in 2017, the Social Golf category, $3000 per couple, $300 per child,
includes a total of 10 hours of lessons (group or individual), a total of 10 rounds of
golf, at the starter’s discretion, and full social benefits (pool and practice areas).
Any assessments or house minimums do not apply.
Program #6
For the month of May 2017 only, full access on weekdays, restrictions on weekends
and holidays (after 1 p.m.) $750.

All memberships will be considered admission to the Club, must have an application
completed, a deposit cheque, 1 member sponsor and 2 member recommendations. All
must be approved and fully paid, before any play commences.
