Judges name must be supplied 21 days prior to the first day of the show. If your show application is approved you will receive an approval letter from the AQHA. An AQHA Affiliate can run two (2) Special Events per show season and single “A” points will be allocated. All Amateur competitors must hold current financial Amateur and or Select (if applicable) status with the AQHA to compete in Amateur/Select Amateur classes. Show Result Forms and Incident reports must be returned to AQHA in such time that they will be postmarked no later than 14 days after the closing day of the show.
