Whether you are a new or continuing student, Summer Preschool is a great opportunity to introduce new students to our program or continue the growth of our existing students! Our creative curriculum is organized by weekly themes, which promotes
development in different areas through the use of play. Children develop academically, physically, and socially/emotionally.

PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Registration Locations:
• Grant Park, 44 W. Golfview Dr., Northlake
• Leoni Complex, 800 N. 17th Ave., Melrose Park
Requirements:
Parents must complete a registration packet before a child is
allowed to register. Packets are available at our Grant Park, and
Leoni Complex facilities. You may also down­load our parent
packet at www.veteransparkdistrict.org. The following checklist is
due at registration:
• Completed Registration Packet
• Child’s Birth Certificate (for new students)
•Current Physical and Medical Requirements dated within 6
months of registration date (found in registration packet) (for
new students)
•A picture ID or utility bill with name and current address
•Non-refundable registration fee $50
• Registration past May 19 may require further approval
•Child must be 3 years old by June 5, 2017 and fully potty
trained
