Mrs. Robertson has approximately 25 years of experience in the Health and Social Services network. She
recently held the position of Directrice des ressources
humaines et du développement organisationnel at the
CSSS de Gatineau.

First meeting regrouping all managers in our new organization
On April 29th there will be a meeting of ALL the managers of the CISSS de l’Outaouais. Now that all management
teams of the old organizations have had individual meetings, it is time to reunite everyone for a first time as a single
management team for the CISSS de l’Outaouais.
This important meeting has various objectives:

To strategically link the vision, the organizational structure and the upcoming guidelines or directives in
order to truly transform our network while having the integration of our services at the forefront;

To recap the different ideas expressed at the February 3rd meeting related to our new organization’s
structure;

Discuss the financial reality for 2015-2016 and the coming years;

Let managers express different ideas or suggest practical solutions that can facilitate the transformation
process presently underway.
