The main line of company’s activity is reconstruction and
construction of new industrial facilities along with engineering

The company consists of various project bureaus, a production site
and mounting organization in Ukraine.


Zaporizhstal Integrated Iron & Steel Works JSC , Zaporozhye (together with Ukrgipromez)
- Patented gas purification process of sintering plant with application of 420 000 m³/hour capacity bag filter,
including desulfurization system;
- Water preparation system for hot rolling shop of light sheet (capacity up to 1000m³/hour )
- Electromechanical drive system of rolling mill;
- Installation of two high efficiency double inlet fans for reconstruction of sintering machine No. 1
- Repair works of “Coil Box” with application of hydraulic cylinders Ponar Silesia.
PJSC Ilyich Iron and Steel Works
- Accomplished project of gas cleaning of the mixer department of the oxygen converter plant with the use
of bag collector with the capacity of 400 000 м3/h (for «Azovgipromez» LTD);
- Accomplished the project of gas cleaning of injection of the pulverized coal fuel unit with the use of
bag collector with the capacity of 20 000 (5 pics), 40 000 (3 pics) м3/h explosion proof;
- Water transport and treatment systems for the oxygen converter plant, TPP, PSP-2, slurry section and
systems of industrial sewage disposal;
- Cooling elements of dispensing machine at the CC machine section of the oxygen-converter plant;
- Installation and startup of the 4 water cooling tower for the PCF project ;
- Nord gear motor drive with the SIEMENS engines for the sheet mill table plant block 1700.

- Supply of the water transport and preparation system for the CC machine, oxygen-converter
plant, station pumphouse (filters RF-3 HYDAC with the capacity of 4000 м3/h, VAG-Armaturen
rotary gates with diameter to 2000 mm);
- Ventilation equipment of the steel continuous casting department CC machine №1.
OJSC «Yenakiieve Iron and Steel Works», Yenakievo
- supply of the hot blast slide valve DN 1300 Zimmermann & Jansen GmbH for the general
maintanence of the BF №3;
- Complex of energetic isolation and control valves for the reconstruction of the oxygen –
converter plant (converter № 3);
- Basic engineering and supply of the high pressure exhauster for the reconstruction of the oxygenconverter plant (converter №3).

- Reverse cycle of the mill 390 with the capacity to 2400 м3/h, (supply of the tower-cooler).
ОJSC «JMC», Moscow
- Supply of the water supply system of the casting mill complex (VAG-Armaturen rotary gates
diameter to 1000 mm);
- Supply of the compressed air preparation and dispersion system, Festo pneumatic overgate
blast, and Festo pneumatic actuator .
OJSC «Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works», Аlchevsk
- Accomplished the project and supply of gas cleaning equipment for the limekiln furnace and
storehouse of the ferroalloy (200 000 м3/h, 50 000 м3/h, 19 800 м3/h, 6 600 м3/h, 3 600 м3/h);
- Supply of the six power station for the air separation shop (MOELLER power on 3150, 2500 and
1600 kVA);
- Supply of the electric drive system of fan cooling tower of the water supply reverse cycle .
